This week passes very fast and Osho is back from Mount Abu. Tonight at 6:30 pm He starts the new series of discourses. Nearly ten thousand people have gathered to listen to Him at Cross Maidan. The bookstall is very busy and I am worried about Bhagwati who has still not arrived to help me. Discourse continues for nearly one and a half-hours and still there is no trace of Bhagwati. Somehow, with the help of a few friends, I manage the bookstall.
As the discourse ends, Bhagwati’s friend comes rushing up to me and I am shocked when he tells me Bhagwati has had an accident. He says she fell from the moving train and has been taken to the hospital. No one knows how it happened. She is unconscious but is out of danger. One of her legs is broken.
I take a deep
breath and my mind goes blank. I am unable to think and hug the friend
who is all in tears. Now it is too late to visit the hospital so we decide
to go tomorrow evening before discourse.
